COLIBRI

COLIBRI is a framework for building CBR systems along with a number of support tools. COLIBRI is implemented in Java and is designed to be easily extended with new components. COLIBRI tools allow to build a CBR system without writing a single line of code.

JV2M

JV2M is a learning environment based on a metaphorical 3D representation of the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). Students are supposed to know imperative programming, and they will be able to improve their knowledge of object-oriented programming and the compilation of object-oriented languages.

ViRPlay3D

In ViRPlay3D the students use a first-person view that simulates the point of view of the objets that participate in a role-play design session. Based on our experience teaching object-oriented software design, ViRPlay3D proposes a game-based approach to take the classroom experience into a virtual 3D world.

Utilities
GAMA

GAMA (Generate Automatically Models with Animations) is a plug-in for Maya that allows to quickly prototype 3D animated characters. A number of transformations can be applied on a generic character that is then animated by choosing from a list of readily made animations.

JavyDev

Tools and utilities we have developed to support the game pipeline in JV2M, such as: an Alias Wavefront OBJ Reader, a library for reading and viewing MDL files, an extension to the Nebula engine for using MDL files, a texture font generator for 2D labels.

Ontobridge

OntoBridge is a java library that eases the management of ontologies by wrapping Jena 2.4. Ontobridge supports Pellet and any other DIG complaint reasoner, allows loading imported ontologies, includes methods to access and store concepts, instances and properties, and simplifies the management of the ontology elements by means of identifiers.

Applications
Challenger

Textual CBR application developed for the Fourth Workshop on Textual Case-Based Reasoning (ICCBR07). This system uses the Lucene Information Retrieval engine and the Carrot2 clustering framework to aid users in the creation of air investigation reports. It also served as test case for jCOLIBRI 2.
